Design Construction

At Marsi Design & Development, we are involved in the process from the beginning of a project. Often, a designer in the commercial field is not in a position to relate to the functionality or purpose of the project. We offer our services to work together, side by side with the Owner, Architect, Engineer and Consultant during the design phase taking both aesthetics and functionality into consideration. Bringing construction related considerations into the design phase of a project is one of the most important parts of the process.

The design of a project typically takes into account the Owner’s needs, budget and limitations. Working together, we offer the owner more information to make a decision. When designing a project we would first determine what part of the project cannot be compromised and work from that point to meet the owners other criteria. The objective is to take all the individual parts into consideration to provide the best possible solution or product.

Construction Management

During this part of a project Marsi Design & Development keeps a watchful eye on the project from concept to completion in behalf of the Owner and act in Owner’s best interest at every stage of the project. We have over twenty years experience in the construction field managing projects ranging from smaller upgrades to complete interior office or warehouse (fit-outs) renovations. We have experience managing our own in-house crews which has educated us on the proper technique to manage a project by involving the Owner as needed, monitoring the progress, and immediately addressing any deviations from the original plan. We provide single source service and solutions to keep a project on time and within budget. Our expertise gives us not only the ability to complete the project within the allocated time frame but also methods to save you money without compromising job integrity.

Project Management

Marsi Design & Development offers project management that ensures on time and on-budget completion of our client’s projects. We successfully manage people in various trades in order to complete a project within the agreed Scope of Work, to a high standard of quality and workmanship, on time and within budget. We provide our customers true single source responsibility to manage all the trades hired for a project on-behalf of the owner. We strive to give the client peace of mind and certainty that there is someone on-site throughout the duration of the project looking out for his best interest.

When acting as project manager, we understand the process is as important as the end result. We begin working with our customers in the Design Construction Phase and work along with them until the Final Inspection. Our experience and success as project mangers includes working with owners of local businesses, national companies, international companies, architects and consultants.

We have successfully managed projects (i.e. fit-outs of empty Warehouse or Office areas) to renovating an occupied space while working around a customer’s daily business needs taking into account the clients time, budget, agreed scope of work and potential risk management.

General Contracting

Marsi Design & Development can work on any portion of a project, and we are fully capable of acting as the General Contractor, taking sole responsibility of entire project. Services include scheduling, hiring trades, managing the project, paying the trades as well as supplying all necessary material to complete the project.

Working as the General Contractor on a project takes all of our services capabilities into one complete package. Our range of experience in Design Construction, Construction Management, Project Management and Service & Maintenance offers our customers a unique opportunity to have one company responsible for every part of the project from Concept (Design Phase) to Completion (Construction). We accept full responsibility from applying the permits, to constructing the project right up until the Final Inspection. We have the resources available to provide the services of a licensed Architect, Structural Engineers, Environmental Engineers and Electrical Engineers, as needed, to offer you Turn-Key Service which is considered to many our customers an important value.

Service & Maintenance

Preventive Service & Maintenance Programs have become an even more important service to many building and business Owners. For years, we have been helping privately owned companies, building management companies, apartment complexes and others maintain their existing facilities. In today’s economy, we know that many companies are either maintaining or upgrading their facility as opposed to relocating or constructing a new facility. We provide services to help these companies best manage their facilities.

Having our own in-house crews gives us the flexibility to provide repair services that include general carpentry, as well as the installation and repair of windows, doors, sinks, cabinets, tile, as well as a many other maintenance related services. Our in-house crews perform projects ranging from office fit-outs, warehouse fit-outs and complete renovation of apartments.

We can work with any size company to design a preventive service & maintenance program along with a payment program to specifically meet your business needs.
